Was the best vet in Elizabeth city before covid, everything has changed after. Favorite saying now is "we are understaffed", therefore appointments are few an far between. No more walk-ins. Outrageous wait times for appointments (over a month). I don't know what they do for emergencies, lucky for us our pup is in pretty good health other than getting old.

Yes they are open. Check there hours online because sometimes they close at lunch. Also, avoid calling first thing in the morning because they are busy checking in all the drop off pets.
This isn't a place where you ask questions like that, you need to call them and let them know and see what they tell you. When you ask questions here it's more along the lines of, do they stay open late or do they see large animals. Something about the actual business side. Hope your little guy gets better!
