The Nurse Practitioner is more concerned about her title of “Doctor” than explaining her credentials as “Doctorate in Nursing Practices. She would not listen to my concerns but rather argued with me that she is indeed a doctor. No you are NOT and you’re portraying yourself as an MD! You need to remember why you are serving veterans and not your moniker “doctor”.

Two phone calls completely unanswered and no answering machine/service. Service seems as bad as other reviews state. Can we do zero stars? Do supervisors read reviews? Do they care or are they as bad as the workers(?) ?

No answer on phone. No way to leave a message. Phone just rings and rings.

If she isn't registered with the Hampton vamc then that is the first thing that needs to be done. If she is, then if I am not mistaken you can schedule an initial appointment with primary care. Try calling the Hampton VA at 757-722-9961. I am sure they can provide you with further guidance.
