I just made my first car purchase with Joe. He made the process so easy and didn’t pressure me with anything. He is very knowledgeable on everything I needed to know. I will recommend him and Carolina Chrysler to everyone I know.

My wife and I are repeat customers of CCDJR. They know our names when we go in and always remember what we bought. They are honest and reliable and we always appreciate their kindness. Chris sold my wife her last vehicle and he was prompt and very attentive to her wants. We are loyal customers and will continue to purchase from Chris in the future.

I had a great experience when I purchased my wrangler from Chris Northrop this past fall. He made sure I understood all of the features and took his time to be thorough. I did not feel rushed or pressured in anyway. Thank you Chris for making it easy for me! I'll be back!

This dealership provides by far the best purchase experience. They are honest and make sure you are taken care of while also selling top notch vehicles both new and used. Between my husband and I, we have purchased SEVEN vehicles from them. My two most recent purchases were handled by Chris N who provided exceptional service and is very knowledgeable. He worked delingently with his entire team to make sure we were within my budget and that my wants were met. They make the entire process easy and painless and I appreciate their honesty. Would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a used Ram 1500 for them in March of last year. The truck had a computer problem before I bough it. I was assured the issue had been taken care of before I picked it up. I had the truck less than a month before the computer problem popped up.(The issue was some kind of control module that controls the air conditioning last march was pretty warm) I turned on the AC and the check engine light came back on.Turns out they had never fixed it to begin with. I called them and talked to the store manager about fixing the issue. I was told they don't normally take care of electrical issues but since it was preexisting they would take care of it. He told me to bring it in to be fixed which I did. My only concern is what had it not been so warm that I turned the A/C on to cause the problem to show up again? Would they have fixed it or would i have had to come out of pocket 500 to 1000 dollars? I'll never go back there, I just don't trust them.
Mask was required and one provided if you need one. The place looked clean.
