If you don’t speak/understand English well, don’t come to this location. One of the front desk employees is very rude when there is a language barrier and yells at the patients. I have seen it happen many times, and I think it’s incredibly rude! It was brought up to other staff’s attention and their excuse- “she’s just strong character”. Such a B.S. excuse for someone who is just rude and unprofessional.

Great in-person experience. I did not experience a long wait time as others have stated. (This could be different for each person based on time, day, and work that needs to be done. I had to do a urine sample, and arrived an hour after opening.) The staff was friendly and professional. I was in and out within an hour. The only drawback; I am unable to contact them via phone to request updates. This is extremely important to me but every time I call (within office hours) the voice prompts tell me that the office is closed. This is frustrating as I do not want to drive all the way to get a status report on my tests. (Hence, 3-star) If this review helped, please give it a like! I really appreciate your support :)

Wow they have exceptional staff the front desk lady and the gentleman very very kind and the Phlebotomist is the guy with the most positive attitude I’ve ever known thank you Labcorp for doing an amazing job. Work ethic 100%

Excellent service, was attended in a timely manner. Gerardo, Phlebotomist was able to find my vien perfectly considering my veins are so, so hard to find. This is a very nice LabCorp location, restrooms available.
