Been there over a month and still can't get the right mailbox key & room door key,

TLDR: They are very eager to charge you but very reluctant to refund. We transferred unit within One North, and were charged $507 for "carpet replacement". The manager, Santonio, promised to refund this, because the carpet was very dirty (as noted on our inspection form) when we moved in the old unit. Ever since he called me and promised the refund, it's been a week and nobody ever responded to our calls and emails.

Terrible There was no toilet paper or tissue in the bathrooms and no hand soap just disgusting only thing I enjoy is the gym
