Despite all the shortages of staff workers with these restaurants, I have to say Red lobster handled it pretty well. We had an excellent waitress who was absolutely fabulous. Although she was overwhelmed she made sure to come check on us whenever she could to make sure that we were okay and we were happy with our meals which we were. I would definitely go back.

We went as a large group with a child. No highchair, no kids menu, crayons offered. The bread did not come out until after the food was served, we had to ask. The food was very overdone. Lobster crispy and hard, chicken tenders to hard and dry to eat. This was very disappointing as we had liked to ear here. But this is 2 in a row, plus last week they messed up and didn't seat our large party but seated another group instead. So real bummer. :( corporate needs to address the issues here. 2 star because I liked the chain. 1 for last 3 visits.

Managers have no respect for the customers or their time. Got a message that food was ready and waited for an additional 30 minutes for food to be brought out. Waited a total of 95 minutes for a single appetizer. The manager had no care as to apologizing or explaining the situation. I would never recommend this location to anyone. If you value your time, don’t go here.

Chaz was my waitress and she was super attentive to my needs and made sure everything was right. It's not her fault that the fried trout I ordered was very wet between the fish and the skin, I did eat half of it before I couldn't stomach anymore. I guess it was the cocktail sauce I put on it that was blinding me to the oily, watery taste? But, overall this is a very clean restaurant great staff and quick service! I recommend this to anybody that wants to bring their selfies and or their family and friends for a good time. Very decent prices too. It wasn't even crowded at lunch time which it should have been.

This place has great distances for guest. The service was great for fewer guest.
We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.

Then drive up to one of the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the restaurant where you placed the order, and call the phone number indicated on the sign at the parking space to let the restaurant know you have arrived. Look on the back of your card. And see if they are in the same club. If they are in the same club. Then yes they do. I just Google everything online in know red lobster is in a different club. But Oliver garden is in a club with i breeze Bahama, Eddie v's and longhorn steak house. And so on.
