The air compressor on the air conditioner went out last Thursday 7/28/22 and out home was so hot that we couldn't sleep in a hot house (the temperature on the thermostat was 86 degrees), so I began calling local hotels in the Arlington and I-295 area and I called about 5 or 6 of them (I didn't want to go too far away, because the gentleman that I care for had a doctor's appointment that he had to go to) and we have a small dog to take with us as well. I called the Hampton Inn Monument Rd and I-295 and they would take us for the 1 night and they are a pet friendly hotel and I paid the pet fee and we had a huge 2 queen bed room and it was very nice and we were blessed to be there for the night. They had a nice hot breakfast area downstairs and we had waffles and eggs and biscuits with sausage gravy and a huge choice to choose from. We checked out about 1015am because our A/C guy had the compressor with him and he came and installed it for us. His name is Joe Fusco and he has been in the A/C and heating business for over 30 years and now we have a/c in our home. The staff at the Hampton Inn were very friendly to us and we were safe and it is a really beautiful hotel. This is my first time staying there and if I need to go somewhere to stay, I will go and stay there again.

Everything was perfect! Angel deserves a raise! He is a great employee and was there to help us during our stay and answer all of our questions. He made our stay stress free and made us feel comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean and breakfast was great. I loved the coffee and tea available at all times in the lobby. I do wish there was a hot tub but the pool was nice.

This one of the best hotels that we have stayed at in our travels. The people were so nice, patient and showed us very nice hospitality as soon as we step off the bus 🚌. This was one of our hotels stop on a 9 day bus trip to Miami Fla. Our breakfast lady Ms. Susan was one of the nicest people there. She made sure we had enough food while we were there. Plus she made fresh baked cookies πŸͺ for us to take on the road to snack on. What kind of person would do that for you (a person she never meet before in her life). That's what I call going "Way-n-Beyond" your work duties. We would always stay here next time we are in this area.

Room was β€œready” when we got there around 2 for check in but floor was dirty and room was not stocked, no tissues, only a half a roll of toilet paper with no backup. I didn’t have time to go to front desk to complain because we checked in with only enough time to eat and change before going to a concert. The elevators have a malfunction that it is always trying to make an emergency call so every time you get in the elevator you hear the phone trying to connect. Everything else about the hotel was nice. Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds.
