This was my 2nd time having my Jeep serviced with Mavis. Although the wait time was a little longer than I had expected I had to wait for my parts to come in. Once they were in Pete finished my car in a timely manner and I was very pleased overall. Darius with Customer Service kept me informed of the process and kept my cost very reasonable. Thank you both for a great experience.

Chris was extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. Had a tire that was going flat and they looked at it for free, patched it up (instead of trying to up-sell me on a new tire) and also changed my oil for me. Quick service, extremely satisfied and they EVEN reset the oil reminder thing on my car which was the cherry on top. Love this place. Chris is a great guy too.

Junior was so friendly and thorough! He went far above and beyond to explain and give me the recommendations for my car. He listened to my needs and provided me with all the options and gave me reasonable price quotes for each repair. Saturday is usually a no appointment day. I work through the week so I drop off on Saturday. Then you just pick it up before 5.

I don't think you'll have that issue here, once had to wait overnight here for them to order the exact bolt they needed. So I'm sure as far as anything else goes they go out of their way to stay as close to OEM as possible.
