I wanted to use my tax exemption, but Ashley told me I couldn't look up by phone # (which I had used the week prior), instead we looked up by name, but I tried to correct her because she typed "apartment" instead of "and partners" and she kept ignoring it, I gave up and instead tried to use my military discount. She went *tap*tap*tap* on the plexiglass pointing to 4 different signs posted and said "the app". I believe that Ashley needs to learn how to use her words and explain new policies to customers if necessary, because that would simply be good customer service. Ashley was also distracted by her co worker talking about how they ignored her on Snapchat last night, like who cares? just move on and do the job you are paid to do.

Well supplied with knowledgeable staff who bend over backwards to help as always when you can find an available staff. The store and restrooms are clean. Ample parking including for the handicapped. Special parking for pick ups. The store always has carts available and do great job with that as they're bustling. Home Depot offers on line and curb side shopping and parking. They offer delivery and needed rentals. Restrooms are clean but i.n the rear. There's a fantastic garden center. Friendly staff.

Ordered a stove almost a month ago, I was told it would be delivered the next Saturday. Received a call saying it would be Monday. Then received a call Monday, saying it would be Wednesday. Never heard anything and it was not delivered. I then call Home Depot and they say to call the delivery company again. I leave another message. Then I go into Home Depot in person, and they call the delivery company. Now they say they can deliver it in another week. I tell them that is not acceptable, and I am told “well that’s when they can deliver it.” I cancel the order, and I am told they will credit my account in 7 to 14 business days. Absolute nightmare. Keep in mind this is a standard stove. I go across to Lowes, order same brand, similar stove which they can deliver in one day. I will never order another appliance from Home Depot. Miserable customer service. No one cared that we didn’t have a stove, no apology, just a waste of time. They are too busy to even care. Don’t waste your time if you need appliances.

They had generators wednesday afternoon. Looked like they must have gotten a shipment as they were selling them like hot cakes.

Ok as a former employee I can tell you that the truck or van rental after taxes is 28.20 for 90min. It's 5. Fillers for every 15 min after 90 now you can rent it for the day at 100 you top up the gas when you return it and provide the receipt cus they do inspect the vehicle and if it's not full you get charged you don't pay for kilometers so it's way cheaper then anything else
