They have a wide variety of health food items. Not sure what u are looking for but, I ll say this. Regency health food store is probably the best walk in health store in Jacksonville. They have just about everything. Vitamins, oils, minerals, tea wide variety trust me
Any red wood is good for you. It just depends on what you are trying to do with it. I would recommend you to Google it. But always ask your doctor before you put anything in your body. Centrum multivitamin multimineral. That's what I take. It for woman and 50+ Happy knowing
