First time just buying at this store and last. I bought a Charming Wolf Costume with my daughter, she changed her mind, I went back to store to return it on the same day and shocked to hear no returns are accepted. For a new item! I call number on reciept and no one is available. I would have never expected shopping at a store this day and age where you cant return anything. Customer Service at store to get rid of me just said call this # on reciept. Does NOT WORK. Customer Sevice through chat did not help either. POLICY OF NO RETURNS NEEDS TO BE POSTED EVERYWHERE in STORE not on the reciept AFTER the purchase. Unethical business. NOTE: 20% DISCOUNT at STORE & ONLINE when I checked online. Store did not give me a discount when I confronted them about it. If you run into an issue, join the club...you wont be helped.... F rating.

It's a once a year experience. I ALWAYS go and enjoy the atmosphere while browsing for a new costume. There's not much not to like. It's a fun time of year.

Went in for decorations for the house and three costumes. Put everything back because of the lack of customer service. My 11 year old had to use the restroom and they said the restroom is not for the public use. I think it is bizarre that when we were planning on spending $500+ we are not able to use the restroom there. We will find another Halloween store to spend our money at.

Spirit Halloween is in a word "Fantasticallystupendoushorrorwonderland" It's like Christmas for those of us that don't enjoy Christmas all that much. Once a year these magical people appear in your town and for weeks they toil behind closed doors. At the end of their work they open the doors to a collection of the best Halloween gear costumes and accoutrements you could ever hope for. At the location close to my house they take up shop in an old HHGregg store. Plenty of room the Isles are well spaced out in the products are grouped in categories that make it easy to find what I'm looking for. If I can't find it the same staff that put it on the shelves can direct me to where it is it's quick it's painless and it's not that scary. And I like that. Typically a seasonal shop it's just an excuse for price gouging not at Spirit I think the prices are reasonable. I mean are you overpaying for the fake wig that was made in China when you pay $12? Sure if you consider that it cost $0.50 to make. But not so much if you consider that same wig would cost you 20 $25 and another store. Bottom line is experience great store with good prices. If you're goiHey jesse I don't know what you're into with regard to the RC world but I'm trying to think about making you whole. If you would rather I did have another set of RC you affiliated things that I also in my hundred percent sure what they are I have a layman's understanding but I'm going to send you some pictures and if you'd rather have all of this stuff I'll box it up and send it to you I don't know if it's for RC plane boat or car or what maybe you can tell me even if you don't want itng to celebrate Halloween you need to do it with Spirit.
