Dr. Fairbank seen my when I was going through on of the worst times of my life. I felt horrible on a daily basis due to migraines. Ony first visit she took the time to hear me out about what was going on with me. She made me feel like she truly cares. By listening she got my headaches fixed then. On my follow up visit she she took her time to go over everything with me and explain to me as many times as she had to until I could understand exactly what she meant. I have never felt so comfortable and confident with a doctor in my life!! I just want to thank her and all of the staff at the office. Because they are all great.

I believe you can contact their office and ask for a copy of your medical record. If it is for another doctor, your new doctor can give you a medical release form that you can sign and they send the medical records do them. Hope this helps.
