I went into Camden Parc to look for a 2x2 apartment. I met with Ashley and she was so friendly and helpful. Debra, the Manager, chimed in and was super friendly. They gave me information on the area and why I should live there. I had shopped several other properties in the area and this one was by far the nicest and had the friendliest customer service. I left a deposit the same day. Thank you Ashley and Debra for you help and making this transition easy.

I’m giving a 5 star review for the Ashley Tate in the office. I had received a notice about not paying my rent in full when I paid exactly what was printed on my statement. She looked everything over and noticed I paid what my statement said and made a photo copy and is emailing it over to the district office. I always pay my rent invoice. Ashley put me at ease staying this will be resolved. Thanks again Ashley

I’ve been renting here awhile and the pest problem is out of control roaches are getting bad. Garbage overflowing every week in garbage area. Roaches are nasty & get in your electronics your furniture etc..I’m paying to much money not to have this under control.These apartments are a money pot u will be happier living somewhere else.

I share a 3 bedroom apartment here and love it, the appliances and layout are very new and modern, and it is also very affordable. These apartments are also in a great location; I go out to the movies, for runs, and for food quite often and everything is close. I only give it four stars because the neighbors upstairs are a little noisy, a few times there hasn't been enough parking spots late at night, and my car had a parking ticket and tow notice for expired car tags even though I had some on the way. Is it a complex's place to tow your vehicle for expired tags? I'm really not sure, let me know if you do. Besides those inconveniences, everything is worth it here, mainly because of the location, quality and affordability.
