Terrible staff! Terrible experience, I pay way too much to get bullied by the staff here. Specifically Brenda in management. They don't take my safety seriously. They don't respond when I voiced a safety concern that involved trespassers leaving items on my property! Instead they laughed at me and told me to call the police if I was that worried. With the amount of money these people squeeze out of you, you'd think they would invest in security. Absolutely disgusting, I am leaving this place as soon as possible.

Average complex. All of their minimum cleaning fees will eat your deposit so don't expect it back. Maintenance dudes are cool atleast.

For the amount of money they charge us, you'd expect some of the amenities to be readily available right? Nope. Their door to the pool table room has been broken for over half a year since i got here, and even if you still get around using the main door to the club house, you can't even use the pool table unless it's during staff business hours. Also, their club house and swimming pool hours are listed as 5 AM to 10 PM, but you can't even get in until their doors "unlock" them more later in the day. I just saw a family trying to use the swimming pool around 9:30 am on a Sunday and the doors were locked shut. Did I mention their hot hub is constantly broken for some reason? Also, the 24-hour gym main door has been broken since last week, so we were told to use the side door from the swimming pool to get in. Guess what, swimming pool is locked so no one can get in. What seemed like a decent apartment complex turned out to be a huge nuisance. I cannot wait until my lease is up.
