Scandalous, liars and CORRUPTION! Went there 3x! In the end had a confrontation with them do to their bad business! It was worth it to tell AMMARS TOYOTA VACAVILLE how they were cheating me and others. Go see for yourselves! Manny and your Manager John, it was a pleasure to stand up to you both, to let you know how you are cheating your customers of VACAVILLE. You will be EXPOSED! NEVER AGAIN.

Went in for the simple 5k miles servicing. Spent almost 2 hours there waiting to find out that they simply forgot about me. The car had been done for a while. Meanwhile I had to cancel an appointment I unnecessarily waited past. No apology, they just played it off like he just saw it arrive. The staff seems to be clueless.

I took my new Toyota to Ammaar 4 times with a check engine light on, I was told nothing was wrong that they will reset the light, as soon as I left the dealership the light would come back on. I finally took my vehicle to Toyota of Concord and within 30 minutes they figured out the problem within 3 hours I had my car back and it was running like new again. I will never take my vehicles to Ammaar Toyota again nor will I buy another vehicle from them. I'm in the market for a new truck and I am on the fence if I will go with Toyota again as if Toyota allows their dealerships to conduct business like this what are they doing to the vehicles. If I do buy Toyota again I will definitely go to Toyota of Concord. I believe Ammaar Toyota was attempting to let my warranty expire before they supposedly found an issue. I was taking my vehicle to them for maintenance and on 3 occasions I asked for the wiper blades to be changed then I found out that they never changed them but charged my credit card for the new ones. I asked the filters to be changed, I found out when I took the vehicle to Concord Toyota that the filters were never changed, again Ammaar charged my credit card over $300 to change them. Do not ever go to Ammaar Toyota, I can't say it enough, Don't buy anything from Ammaar Toyota EVER. If you are in the market for a new or used Toyota or need honest maintenance done go to Toyota of Concord.

I accompanied my father to compare prices with other dealerships, and the manager (Robert, I think) made some snide remarks towards my dad & what he does for a living & with his time. I'm not sure it's appropriate to ask the customer why they haven't fixed their own vehicle.
