I went to this location and I had to quickly get copies to send to my company to get paid. As a freelance artist I never have any help doing anything. Letty helped me quickly and might I add was very friendly.Letty is amazing and so is her customer service.

Did an online order for a printing job, it was a fairly large job so I asked them to call me several times to make sure I get a proof and it is done correctly. I got no phone call, so I called them a couple of times and every time they we're rude and acted like they didn't want to help me. They never went over the job they just said it's done and ready for pickup. Obviously the whole thing was done incorrect and the would not give me a refund . Luckily I was able to call my credit card company before the transaction went through to get my money back.
