They do have nightly specials and perhaps you may find something that sparks your interest more than just Chicken Alfredo.

There is no strict rule on dress code. Casual. When we went there most of the diners were staying in the hotel. Not that fancy as compared to Bear & Bull which is just beside it.
Yes there are Spanish speaking employees, just notify at the time of reservation. Yes, there are employees who speak Spanish, just notify them when making reservations, subject to 1 week in advance.
They are open every night up untill 11pm and you will have to check availability for last minute reservations
