Friendly staff, listed as a schecter dealer on the official website. They didn't have them, totally not their fault. They did however, have a very nice range of other very nice guitars. Definitely worth checking out. I was just set on getting my hands on a specific guitar to try it out.

Radical little shop, independently owned and packed with great variety and necessities. Picked up a jangle box, the owner and I chatted for a min, was really kind and had good vibes. Swing in and check this place out!

I purchased a new Takamine guitar from 8th Street Music, and it was shipped to me with the guitar neck angling forward creating incresingly excessive action from the 7th fret on down toward the sound hole. This could normally be corrected by tightening the truss rod...no problem. Unfortunately, this had been attempted prior to shipping, and it was tightened to the max leaving no further chance for an easy, inexpensive solution. I had specifially asked if the guitar would be checked thoroughly before sending it to me, and I was assured I would receive a quality guitar. Not only was this not the case, I feel I was intentionally misled just to get rid of a faulty product. Buyer beware when dealing with 8th Street Music.
