Put so much ice in the drink I had to get another one. You would think they would just make you another one at no charge but no I had to pay dor it. Remember to tell them to go easy on the ice

Owners, not being able to just walk in and speak with a rep at the counter and order Coffee and Donuts is just RIDICULOUS. Guys I can speak with your employees , but can’t order with out using the kiosk 12 inches from the employees. Guy behind me this morning, just gave up and walked out, no order or purchase. Get rid of kiosk and let us make friends with your employees. It keeps us coming back. When you can talk with them , they are great.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this location. I will never go anywhere else. I come here regularly for their dark roast. The staff is always very friendly and always asks about my weekend plans and always works as fast as they can and are very polite. Many people are complaining about the kiosks (which is a great alternative for Covid or if you are scared of germs and don’t like people touching your money), but I was informed by the manager that it’s something they don’t have control over and that the franchise/higher ups themselves are responsible for it. So people need to stop being rude to the employees. Every time I go in there, someone’s giving the employees heat over it, like come on people give ‘em a break they’re just kids! Just take a moment and think, If they were your kids you wouldn’t want people to be yelling at them the way you do especially when they are just doing their job and have no control over the situation . If you don’t want to use the kiosk go to the dang drive thru!!! They are even willing to help you put in your order. God bless these employees who are so kind even to the rude customers that give them a hard time.
