I reported black mold in my duplex and they did nothing. My cat got into a hole in the rotten bathroom walls and has had multiple infections, I’ve have constant respiratory issues, and these slumlords do nothing.

This rental company is the most rude unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with I have lost both my parents during covid also caught covid and got behind on rent. Im a single mom of 2 I got assistance for the rent I owed and they took over my lease after buying the property from previous owner. So when I tried to obtain the information to further get the rent assistance they would never calls only txt! Would not even give the name of the person I was txting and said that they would not give me the information but only to give it to the company I needed the assistance from. Then 2 weeks into June told me I had been served a notice, which I never received and had to be out by the 30th these people are true piece of work! I'am not deleting anything, I was behind (not 6 months) did not say I wasn't, u wasn't the original owner the place had been trashed which was part of my complaint. do not make me post screen shots I was never evicted, I left because like several times i told whoever was txting both of my parents died this was during covid I had no help getting anything out so you response means nothing! Try and embarrass me with a lie and I will make it worse for you with the truth! Screen shots coming soon.

Do not even both to complete an application for a property through this management company. They keep your application fee whether they process your application or not!!!!! Yes, it states that your fee is non-refundable but if they do not even process your application and the property becomes unavailable before they even look at your application what gives them the right to keep your money? They will however for no extra charge apply your application fee to another property. When they have no other listings that fit the customers needs then what have they done to earn their fee?? Nothing. So if 100 people apply and $45 is charged per applicant, per application and they keep your fee whether your application is processed or not, well It looks to me like they don't have to list very many homes. They are robbing people left and right. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and will be putting a review on every site possible to let consumers know about their process so no one else gets taken advantage of. They are taking people's money at a time when I see everyone struggling to make ends meet. Anyone working there or listing with them should be ashamed!!!!!!!
