Joe was very helpful and took very complete & accurate notes about our conversation for follow-up by our property manager.

I have truly enjoyed the amenities and have found the staff to be extremely helpful. Jessica Campbell helped organize my move into the building and was a great resource despite my having run into some hiccups along the way.

I was just helped by the most professional person I have experienced in a long time. LeJuan Hill was able to answer all my questions and walked me through how to log onto my account. He is amazing!!!!

I would like to remove the Schip Laurel Bush’s in front of my home. They are over grown and have encroached over side walk. Thought I have try to reshape them, not much has shown improvement without scalping the leaves off.

I am on three HOA boards, two that are managed by Ghertner. Usually, altering one shrub (even removal) would not be a notable change to your front elevation. Changing 17 shrubs to younger plantings of the same species would be landscape management for healthy growth as well (no HOA impact). Bigger changes would probably need an Architectural Review Committe approval. But that approval often comes more easily than you might expect. I hope that helps.
