First they gave me wrong brake pads for my car. I go to closer store to my house they say wasn’t imputed correctly at the Charlotte store. They said they credited but couldn’t provide a receipt. They told me to watch my credit card statement which is ridiculous, not my responsibility. Then I had Charlotte store order 2 radiator hoses. They said both be in on Friday. Sunday I stopped by because hadn’t heard if they arrived. They said oh order has been cancel and credit given because order too old WHAT???Again they couldn’t provide receipt and again told to check my credit card statement. Terrible,terrible service. Don’t go to Charlotte’ store. They have not a clue how to conduct business.

The guys at this location were so great!! I needed a new battery for my vehicle and called to see if they had one available. Not only did they have one available, when I got to the store they already had it ready to install. They were quick and professional and very friendly! Dison did a wonderful and quick job on the installation. 10/10 definitely recommend!!

☆ Autozone, in 6000 block of Charlotte, has changed their policy and they are no longer allowed to assist with any problems. I'm not sure about other locations?
