His was not the lowest price but it was reasonable, he's a Veteran, seemingly honest (or a very good salesman), his labor warranty was the best of all quotes, and he is zero pressure which I appreciated most. He replaced my roof and gutters and had no supply chain issues. He delivered earlier than projected, his crew were friendly and cleaned up everything.
