Service tech was on time, call earlier and arrive when he stated he would. He was courteous and put on cover on shoes, not to dirty carpet. He did work on a timely manner.

The repairman came early. And I like that he communicated everything before doing the work. And what was really cool was that He had the washing machine part in his truck. So wham! No waiting on parts. Great service!

I have a 15 year old front load washer. The repair tech was on time efficient and very pleasant. Fortunately the repair saved me money, since replacing the door gasket was successful. Glad I have this service.

I have a Master Service Protection Agreement with Sears and I have had them out 7 times to try and repair my freezer. I called Friday to request a replacement unit and they explained I had to have a technician come back out to my home. I accepted the appointment but they scheduled it for my refrigerator not the freezer. So I had to call and make another appointment. The have repeatedly denied my food loss claim, they will not put a supervisor on the phone and every time I call they try to sell me another product or warranty coverage. I have written numerous letters to customer service with no response. I filed a complaint with the California Insurance Commissioner and they could not assist me because SEARS is self insured. I requested my state representatives office assistance Buffy Wicks and no one has bothered to return my call. It seems that everyone is afraid of SEARS! Really. Once this ordeal is done I will buy directly from the manufacturer no more SEARS warranties.
