I want to take this opportunity to review this company that shipped my car from Arlington Virginia to a small town in Sweden (Harnosand). It turned out to be a perfect delivery, through a drop-off I requested at a local Subaru dealer, and then how it felt when I drove it home. I will be the first to admit that I was not the easiest of customers, often questioning things that they must take for granted, but the proof of the pudding is that the staff, each in their your own way, participated in getting my car to me with zero damage, indeed exactly as it was turned over, and for that potential customers need to know that they created a very satisfied customer. I hope that they keep on doing what they are doing and please remain aware that customers appreciate the difference between service providers when they choose one. What may appear fungible to the average eye - a ship is a ship and the steps along the way are the same - but there is a marked difference between just doing routine work and doing a job that a service provider can be proud of. Need I say where West Coast Shipping stands along that spectrum? I think not.

Nightmare..... first time Doing business with West Coast Shipping. It’s and still a nightmare with my 3 vehicle. At the beginning I requested information on documentation or all requirements for shipping. They send me an email with information and price and everything seems to be smooth....after a month my cars still non being delivered and unable to cancel shipping. I have been trying to find an answer from west coast shipping and still haven’t gotten any information or solutions. I sipped two other cars with different company at the same time with no issues at all and delivery on time. WEST COAST SHIPPING a really bad experience.

They are really legit, and they definitely know what they are doing. I really recommend their services.
