Vendors should not be rating a property management company. Anyone that says how awesome Freeman Webb Company is for how well they're treated as tenants but don't mention the property name are not legitimate. You should all be ashamed of yourselves, both the reviewers and the company. I've actually lived at HICKORYVIEW APARTMENTS and I have a real-world experience where I watched one eviction after another and personally I had to move into public housing. I am a supplier partner with Freeman Webb for over 8 years now and I can't say enough good things about this company. From the beginning they have always went above and beyond to take care of the residents at all communities we offer service for. When a resident has an issue and it requires our services they are on it immediately. The staff at each location I visit always welcomes you when you walk in the door no matter who you are. They are on the floor to greet you with a smile. If I was needing an apartment I would surely look at the communities managed by Freeman Webb.
