The Views of My Airy is a horrendous place to reside. The management seems to only care about the building you can see from the rental office. There is trash all over the complex, the hallways smell and the hallway floors are sticky and never get cleaned. Residents allow their pets to use the bathroom either on the balcony or in common hallways. Handicapped parking is not clearly marked and management continuously uses it to park their golf carts in while in buildings. There are large gaps around the entry doors that allow drafts/lights in from the hallway. The wall A/C units have no insulation..again allowing for drafts. Managements seems to only handle situations when threatened however they have no problem threatening a resident by stating they will erroneously charge for damages to another apartment, though the party had action in the situation. The main hallways tend to be full of garbage which prevented emergency services from properly transporting a resident b/c they were unable to get a gurney to the resident, who could’ve died due to their health condition. There are random maintenance people roaming the property without any identification on, which is unsafe to those living alone since we can’t identify staff, in addition to the high turnover rate. Requests seem to get ignored and/or canceled by mgmt and then some flimsy excuse is given however there is an active leak which will cause mold to form in the bathroom yet the request has been ignored. Lighting in the parking lot is unsafe and inadequate and will cause residents to injure themselves, especially the disabled ones. In short, I will never recommend this property, and most likely never an Elmington property, as the property is falling apart, the plumbing is shoddy, the noise level is high, the “laundry” is one washer/dryer for 20+ apartments and it’s unsafe. Please take your money elsewhere. I have only lived in this state for one year and this is the experience I’ve had. It’s unsafe, unhealthy, and horrible for a disabled person and/or a person with a major health issue.

They never answer the phone. Trying to get in touch with the regional manager. Front desk never answer the phone. And uptown flats on main st puts everyone business out unprofessional

Since reviews keep getting flagged, check out my very factual review on y##p and bbb. This place is not safe, do not rent here!!!! This is on LMPD scanner today 9/8/22, (my daughter lived on Lana, please read my reviews before moving here.) Car taken at gunpoint Whispering Brook and Lana(sp) court in the 7th. THIS IS IN THE AREA OF TT KNIGHT MIDDLE SCHOOL. If the school goes on lockdown, this is why. No reports of any trouble at the school. I have never seen such a unorganized company in my life. They don't pay contractors on time at all .we have had to fight tooth and nail for our money to the point that we're now having to file leins on them and the properties they manage .do not do business with these people they are horrible to deal with I have placed a lein on the properties they manage are currently filling charges for theft of services and several other lawsuits will follow. If your a contractor stay away from this property management company, you will not get paid without a fight
