Positive: The staff was nice. Comfortable bed. Negative: Bathroom in room was very dirty. Not very much seating in pool area. Wasn¿t expecting much for the price point, but the we couldn¿t get past the gross bathroom. Even for the cheap price, that is the minimal expectation.

If you don't want to shower at your hotel, add three stars to this review. If you plan on showering, subtract these two. The room was pretty, the bed was comfy, and then the water was cold. The desk man came to feel it, after advising us to "give it a few minutes," and claimed that the room-temp-at-best water was warm. I said, "You've showered before, right? You can't shower in that." I asked for a room with warm water. He said maybe too many people had showered, and we could checkout at 12 instead of 11. This was a major disappointment after such a promising location and rest.

This hotel was very clean and professional. The downside although there are NO elevators on this property I was able to get a downstairs room after I was told through the app chat on booking.com that there weren't any left. If you are booking through online make sure under Special Request you state if you are Disabled or you are a large family with many bags and would like a downstairs room! The front desk clerk Richard was awesome and so friendly! There is a cash deposit of $100.00 if you pay with debit/credit and or use third party to book the rooms. You do get your money right back the next morning/ or when leaving No Problem (keep the receipt)!
