I am a frequent Holiday Inn Express user and a member of IHG rewards. This was the first time I've ever checked in and been thanked for being a rewards member. This is one of the best Holiday Inn Expresses I have stayed in. The location is close to the highway and great shopping. My children loved the indoor pool and the cleanliness of the facility is superb. The breakfast area didn't have as much seating as I would have liked but that was only on one morning and it appeared there was a large party (many groups that knew each other) that day. All of the front desk staff were very polite, and knowledgeable of the area. Quiet rooms, we could tell the hotel was packed by the parking lot and breakfast but you couldn't hear anything outside of the room.

No rooms available. Responding to you saying I had the wrong hotel... This was the correct place I was traveling home from Ohio and stopped at this motel went in and a tall white guy with glasses said that Kentucky had been having power outages and had booked up the whole place he recommended another hotel down the road.

The young lady that checked me in was such a blessing. She was so friendly and sweet. And not to mention helpful. I really wish I had gotten her name. She could be the face of how to train all front desk employees across the country. Thank you so much kind lady. I will be back.

This was great stay! Just when we couldn't drive any longer, we arrived. Our room was to my profile preferences, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was only okay and could have had more variety. We won't hesitate to stay here again!
