We were driving thru Kentucky on our way to Michigan, when we were rear-ended at high speed by a careless driver. The hospital released us at 4:30am, with no car, nowhere to go and desperately exhausted & hurting. The Red Roof Inn was fairly close by to and offers a special rate for Lexington hospital patients, so after a quick Uber ride and check-in, we were able to collapse on soft beds and get some much-needed rest. Kim and her hotel desk staff were kind and generous with their time & attention during the days of our unexpected stay - the beds are very comfortable, the room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is close to I-75 as well as grocery stores, Walmart and other shopping centers. There's also free wifi, and fresh hot coffee is always available in the lobby. It's not a fancy place but it's clean & comfortable and is run by good people who care, which to me is worth more than mints on the pillow or weight room amenities. Thanks so much for everything, Kim! You are awesome. 😊

Staff is friendly and even got me a cheaper rate. Clean, safe and no shady people. No roaches or bedbugs. Shower was clean, the only thing was my rooms bathroom fan was loud as hell. Beds were nice wasn’t collapsing and clean bedsheets

Floors were dirty, but the WORST of it all was the blood splats on the wall!!!! The toilet and shower had rust spots as well. i would rather have paid an extra $40 to stay at a nicer hotel.
