This is a nice hotel in downtown Lexington, walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Nice staff, walls are a little thin tho, was kept up by the couple next to us having a bang session from 1-2am and then 5-6am. Good for them tho. The hotel bar has good gin and tonics

Air conditioning working well is hit or miss. Hot tub is painfully small and isn't very warm. Despite this the hotel is generally our favorite to visit due to it's proximity to where we're visiting and has friendly, accommodating staff. The fridge in the room the last few times has been awesome and actually keeps food truly cooled. Bedding is comfy

1. Checked in on Friday. Ordered room service and charged it to a different card than the one on file for the room. Was charged to my card and the room card. 2. Saturday nasty stuff started backing up in the bathroom sink. When I called the front desk the rep didn't know how to handle and asked me what I wanted her to do. 3. No Do Not Disturb sign in room. 4. Sink couldn't be fixed so we were moved to another room. Given voucher for two free breakfasts. 5. One of the lights in the bathroom in room 2 doesn't work. 6. Ice machine out of order on our floor. 7. Called front desk to speak to a manager and was given a run around before "Cliff" would finally get on the phone. 8. Over half the TV channels on the TV in the first room didn't work. When notified front desk they made no effort to investigate or fix. For $240 a night and the Hilton name, I expect better than this.

I want to give a huge shout out to Nick at the front desk for being so accommodating to all of my needs during our stay! He was so patient and helpful! This is a great location within walking distance to everything! We stayed on the third floor with easy access to the elevator and all the amenities of the hotel! I would definitely stay here again!
