We got the room next to the pool which was a huge mistake. The floor was extremely damp. There was a bus of high school kids that night and they were playing loudly up and down the halls and in the pool. When we asked the front desk about when the pool closes, they said midnight. Thankfully the kids didn't stay there too late, but the damp floor and sweaty feel of the room due to its location by the pool was what made our experience not good. They should turn that room into a storage room. It's also loud because it's next to the elevator and ice. Room 111, beware anyone who goes!

Immediately apparent that the cleanliness was sub par although it did smell fine. Corners of rooms and hallways were dirty, elevator was dirty, paint was chipping off thr walls, grout was coming out of the floor, a rusty nail was poking through our shower wall, what looked like dog hair was in the shower when we arrived, didn't look like our room was vacuumed at all, stains were all over one of the pillow cases, comforter looked super old with snags all over. They even forgot to clean the room the second day. I will say we slept well as the bed and pillows were comfortable. The whole place needs a remodel and new cleaning staff.

Visible patches in hallway paint. Water damage in bathroom ceiling. Staff weren't present for late check-in. Had to call the front desk to get someone to sprint down the hall to check me in. Seems like this place isn't being maintained and could go downhill fast if not invested in. A/C struggled to maintain comfort even though outdoor conditions were fine.

Brought my son here just to get out the house for him turning 5! They got us checked in right away, the pool area was so warm and always available and the staff all around were extremely kind and helpful! And the hotel was so clean the entire stay! Thank you for a great chill stay! We will most definitely be back!
