Positive: This hotel was exceptionally clean and in a great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice to see laminate floor in bedroom instead of hard to clean carpet. Negative: Although our room was very nice and clean, there was plenty of room for a couple of relaxing chairs. No place to sit and relax after a long days drive. Chairs please!

Positive: It was conveniently close to the highway on which we were traveling. Negative: Although the hotel was not full, we were put in a room where you could hear the vehicles on the highway. The air made a rattling sound all night long. The continental breakfast had no fruit or protein. I expected more from a 3 star rating.

Positive: The staff really tried, but were shorthanded most of the time. The maids made up our beds daily and changed the towels, etc.,{for a 6 night stay}.Something always done prior to using covid as an excuse. Always ask about their "change " routine. Negative: The room, with all the lights on, was more dark than light.Minimal wattage. In the midst of "renovation", the room felt dingy. Bare floors, TV wasn't working, the breakfast food was lacking {cold},traffic noise,{next to the main road}. 2 stars,at best.

So much bad. Not a 3 Star, not even a 2 star. First the Good. Maids friendly and good workers. Maintenance man was BUSY but very personable. Our room was two queen beds. But only one chair in the room (I sat on the floor). Had a small desk but they had a lamp and the morning coffee set up on the desk. If you want to do any office work the lamp and coffee tray have to go on the floor. A two person room but you better be prepared to live out of your suitcase. Only two small drawers. Mattress was like sleeping on cardboard with a foam pad over the top Washing machine and dryer coin operated slides get stuck, will not pull out. Front desk says its been that way for awhile. They have to be really banged and push/pulled to get them out. We skipped our 2nd load of wash. Front desk does NOT have a supply of quarters for laundry. Went to get juice for breakfast and noted a stale smell from juice dispenser. Apple Juice tasted funny. Suspect unit is NOT cleaned as it should be. Excepting the maids and maintenance man the whole place indicates indifference to customer stay/customer care. Obvious that there hasn't been much money spent on keeping the place up. Cheapness endemic everywhere you look. Lack of investment and attention to the details than make a pleasant stay are missing. Won't stay here again, Would not recommend. Don't be fooled by the 3 Star rating
