We arrived at 1:55 pm for our 2:00pm appointment after having to drive around Mahoney Park for 5 min or so because there are NO signs saying where Go Ape is located. There were 2 employees checking people in and each was helping a family. At 2:07 pm it was finally our turn to check-in and we were told we'd missed our appt & none others were available for they day. We were really disappointed considering this was part of a birthday celebration & just wanted our money back. They would only give us a gift card because they claimed WE cancelled our appt less than 24 hrs from the reservation! The nerve! We've filed a dispute with our credit card company. Bottom line, really bad customer service and don't appreciate being gaslighted due to their lack of signage or proper procedures checking folks in.

My sister and I visited for the first time today, and it was super fun! Abby was our guide, and she was fabulous! Helpful and fun. Definitely recommend! Popsicles to cool off after would have made it perfect!

I had a blast! It was safe and challenging. They had knowledgeable guides posted around. I watched as kids of all ages increased in boldness and confidence with every step.

This is a great adventure and completely worth the money. We had a blast! Wear comfortable clothes, be prepared for bit of a work out and a whole lot of fun! I am afraid of heights but honestly so focused on the course that I didn't worry. It's safe, fun and the Zip lines are a great reward after the obstacle courses.

They will accommodate you in the form of refund or rescheduling..
It was $50 a person when we went. You do need to call and schedule a time and day. Not sure about the gift certificates. A day park pass is required to get into the park.
Hi Dana, Our Mahoney State Park is $49 for any guests ages 16+ and $39 per participant ages 15 and under. Hope to see you there!
Nope, a zipline is needed for all parts of it. You're up 20+ feet walking and climbing on tiny boards/ropes, so it's necessary to wear a full harness attached to a steel cable (with 2 fail-safes) at all times.
Your State Park pass covers all State parks. The zip line is a separate fee. My daughter said it was fantastic! Good luck finding a camp site. There is a water park at Mahoney for swimming.
I'm 255 and was able to go through the course. They ended up fitting me with a special harnesses due to my body shape.
Hey Joanna, You can purchase gift cards at site, however, I would definitely contact us first as there is unlikely to be anyone at site most days at the moment because the course is closed for the season. Please note as well, that we no longer sell physical gift cards, but you can print out the template at goape.com/gift-certificates to provide a physical copy to your recipient! This link will also allow you to purchase gift cards online if you'd prefer. Cheers, KF
Vicki is spot on I went in short sandals no gloves and had not a problem. That being said gloves are a good choice if you don't work construction jobs and not use to climbing. Pay attention to your instructor you be fine .my 21 year old daughter did just fine I have not heard of equipment failure ever
Hi Abigail, Our Ashland location is set to operate until November 25 this year. You can check out the booking process on our website for specific availabilities. We will probably open late March or early April 2019! Cheers, JK
Hi Lee, Yes, there are multiple different zip lines built into our Treetop Adventure, so you experience a different zip each time. However, our course is designed with the zip lines concluding each Site, so to arrive at them, you must complete the high ropes obstacles first. Cheers, JK
