Hi Brian! Our weather policy is that we will operate rain or shine but do close for dangerous weather, such as thunderstorms or high winds. If we happen to close on the day of your event, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to reschedule or provide a refund. If weather requires Go Ape to cancel during your course experience, we can offer to reschedule the entire group or provide gift vouchers to return at your own convenience. I hope that helps!
