I had a great time reading how unsatisfied and irritated everyone was with there service. Haven't heard from alot of them in a long time, hope to keep it that way. I salute you USPS of EC.

Packages are constantly marked as delivered but I do not receive them until a few days later. Kind of defeats the purpose of tracking if you ask me. I have informed delivery and almost everyday something is missing. They've lost my water bill multiple times, thankfully I've been able to pull them up on informed delivery. Carrier also marks packages as unable to deliver because mailbox is full when there's no way the package can even fit in there. Just Laziness and Carelessness.

The same lady in the first cubicle that has been working there for a long time always has a rude attitude problem. It’s rare I have to go to the post office but when I do go she is the only one who always show bad customer service. Everyone else that works there is very helpful and nice.

Just happened to me. They lost my package, and they don't even care. They didn't do anything about it. Lost lots of money in medical school books in that lost package.

Is this post office short on carries. I have been waiting for a letter from Raleigh that was sent on the third of July. Today is the 18th.

No don't think so I have not had any issues, I suggest go there and ask if there a hold or problem in your area.

Has no problem delivering your packages to the wrong address without a care in the world.

It depends on the mail carrier. One was in an accident because someone rear-ended him. So on Possum Quarter Road Elizabeth City has had a different mail carrier.
