You have to call the parallel universe where you already have an appointment. It's pretty tricky, because much like the diligence and down home customer service of the dmv, it also doesn't exist.

You have to go on line to make appointments. NCDOT.GOV look for link that pertains to you.

I was in there 2 times in the last week and the phones are continuously ringing. What I do is call at 7:05am in the morning and they pick up. They open at 7am. Call early and you'll get someone. Call later and they'll either have the phone busy or just let it ring.

You just have to make appointments via their website. You'll never get through on the phone.

Do not think so you would need to provide your own but due to COVID I believe they are not doing the drivers test. You would need to call to verify

Are you trying to set an appointment? You will be lucky to get anybody on phone. Go to their website.

I would go up there if you can't get an answer on the phone. Renewed mine in early July. Got my license in less than a week.

Yep, and if you don't have an appointment they won't let you im at all! You'll also need the confirmation number once your in the door so don't delete!

What James said is incorrect. I thought the same thing but when the license plate agency in Edenton closed the closest one was Hertford. I was able to get my tags and title sent in at that location even though I was from Edenton. For id you can go to any DMV location
