Roaches in the hotel. Dog urine smell in room. Uncleaned rooms. Roofs leak when it rains. No breakfast whatsoever… This is an IHG hotel with super 8 motel standards. Any good reviews on this place have to be made by the hotels owners, management, or years ago. I came to stay here for work with 5 other employees and we were all on different floors. Same experience for everyone.

At check in, I was ignored for a good 10 minutes. When the desk attendant did check me in, he had written down my credit card information on a piece of paper. I asked why he was writing it down, and he stated to put it into the computer. I demanded that paper be immediately destroyed, and he lightly scribbled out the number... It could still be read easily. I demanded it be given to me, and he did, hesitantly. I went to my room and found he had written someone else's credit card info on the back of it as well as the room number. I called the room and spoke with the gentleman who the info belonged to and told him that this had happened. I took it up to the owner of the info and he was appalled that this hotel would allow this to happen. There was no reason he needed to write anything down as the credit card info was already in the computer. Beware of this hotel!!!

This hotel is in very good location (close to shopping and restaurants). Property is well maintained, the rooms are kept clean, it has very friendly staff, and it has an excellent and caring General Manager. My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 2 months (March and April of 2022). The General Manager(Robert Mandujano) went above and beyond his duty to make us feel welcomed and attended to our needs promptly and with smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and we will stay there again.

Clean room but far from soundproof. Morning cleaning crew has no respect for customers that are still trying to sleep at 8 am. Don't worry about burning yourself in shower because I just have a bigger hot water heater at home. All the way up on hot will give you a lukewarm shower. It is clean and far from road noise though. I'd give it ,3.5 but can't.
