Found a great deal on the online site, so I drove down to Phoenix to make the trade. The sales team (Steve) was great, but just about everything else was terrible. First, I spent 6+ hours onsite waiting to make the deal. Nothing fancy about it, I trade my vehicle in, I take their vehicle home. Why did I have to waste the whole day? The finance/closer guy was the typical hard sell. Are you sure you don't want the extended blah-blah? You know, lots of things can happen, <insert scary anecdote here>. Annoying, but expected. The worst part came when the deal was closed. My trade in was worth more than the car I wanted, so they owed me money. Again, should be an easy calculation and then they send the check, right? WRONG. I spent the next SIX WEEKS chasing everyone I could find trying to get the money I was owed. Left multiple messages with finance, registration, accounting. NO ONE bothered to pick up the phone and call me. The sales guy at least returned my calls, but there was nothing he could do to help. They floated lame excuses along the way, but the bottom line is that I went in for an easy transaction and they jerked me around for more than a month. Will never buy from this location or any AutoNation location ever again.

When I arrived, Guy informed me that my vehicle would take several hours and he arranged for Lyft to take me home and pick me up when my truck was ready. This is the best customer service I have ever received, I will definitely be back!

These people both managers and salesman a salesman tried to take advantage of me In Jack with a deal and and cut my head off on the price because I got a good deal the prior time I purchased a vehicle from them they they gave me an awful Offer On a Rubicon 2 years old That I just bought from them 2 months prior for 50000 they tried to offer me 35 for it on trade in 2 months later. I said getting my keys on leaving the the manager came up to me and said the and said the reason is because they took a loss on the last vehicle that I traded in because of some mechanical issue not my problem Try to involve it in the new deal

Yes, but if they are out they can order it in a expedited manner, just give them a call at either the Parts Dept. or talk to one of the excellent service advisors.

Not sure, but my experience was pleasant and I brought in the right paperwork and anything I could help expedite my sale. I didn't expect something for nothing. I treated the sales and finance guys how I wanted to be treated. It worked! We're all human and non of us are perfect.
