My experience with Valley Auto Center has been great overall! Close to 4 years ago I purchased a Dodge Magnum from them and was pleased with it's appearance and performance as I drove it off the lot. Unfortunately no more than a couple minutes had gone by before there was a sound and smell coming out from the hood. I looped around the block and showed them what was going on. Jose took care of me man, I'm super thankful to him. He found me another Magnum within the week that has lasted me to this day, no problems at all, aside from general maintenance. I knew what I might be getting myself into when buying a used car, after all you never really where it's been or how it was used. In my case, I ended up with a reliable vehicle that I really enjoy and plan to care for as long as she lasts! Thanks a bunch Valley Auto Center.

I've now bought 3 cars and plan on buying from here again. It's a used car lot. They're not going to be perfect. But Jose is up front and honest about what he knows with the cars. He's efficient and it only takes about 20 minutes to process everything. He's worked the numbers to work with our budget and is easy to communicate with.

Just not the greatest all the vehicles in there inventory all have some complication or mechanical failure or just over priced for the miles. I financed a vehicle and not even 200 miles it left me stranded I took it back and from there I just got a run around I’d call daily and I’d get little to no information or I get told I’ll receive a call back regarding more details and never hear anything then get told it will be weeks till it’s fixed. From that point I was willing to work with it and wait but left my glasses and personal belongings I needed when I called daily asking to get my stuff I was told it’s at another mechanic and they would not disclose that location when I finally was fed up and signing the car back to them literally still requesting my belongings before hand and after the very next day I call and they just so happen sold it to auction just shady all around I wouldn’t waste my time or recommend to anyone who wants a decent reliable car for there hard earned money!

These people are complete crooks. No matter what they say they are not going to fix any of the issues they have with their cars. Don’t give them cash because they are crooks. Alex is a thief and a liar. The cars are over priced and unsafe to drive. I can only imagine what their financing is like. I tried to purchase a Mercedes Benz and was smart enough to ask to take it to a certified mechanic. Alex the crook said I would need to put a $500 deposit that was refundable if any thing was wrong with the car. With in 5 mins the mechanic found the car that I was purchasing to safely transport my daughter was undrivable. After show then pics of the issues that tried to convince me that the mechanic didn’t know what it was talking about and refused to give me my deposit back. Believe the reviews and take your money to a reputable car lot or you will regret it.
