I came in to the dealership interested in a couple cars there but had others to look at in other places so no rush to buy. I was approached by a salesman name Joey. From the moment he said hello I could tell he was a good person. Never once did he pressure in his sales. I was on a time crunch so he helped move the process along when possible. In passing I met a few other employees and they were all nice and welcoming. Financing explained all and kept the process moving. I happened to like one of the cars there so I ended up buying that night. I would recommend this dealership and for sure asking for Joey…

BEWARE: They will not honor anything they advertise. They will backtrack or make any scheme to make a sale, even if it's a small one. There is no support or anyone to reach out to if they scam you.

One Moment of Peace
After being told our car would be delivered "soon" we contacted the Chandler dealership where it supposedly was, and were told it was unserviceable and unsellable. The Phoenix salesperson and manager told us the Chandler salesperson was lying but failed to prove it. The only honest thing they did was refund our money.

I had to take my car back over there to the service department three different times seems like they finally fixed it.

I'm don't know bout the car itself braking down deing normal my brother inlaw and mother in law both got cars from there and they work good they do have a 4000 mile warranty for the car but the internment system is not guaranteed from what the sale guy told us
Masks are not required. All staff wore them though. An employee came and cleaned the table and chairs everytime someone left.
