Extremely hard to get in contact with. Great people at the leasing office just never answer their phones. I had to contact the corporation in order for the leasing office to call us back. You really have to be persistent and contact the corporate. Never mind they are lazy and rude. There’s ten house at St. John that have approve stickers from May and they keep telling they don’t know when I can move in.

Considering I've called multiple times over the last month, and no one has called back or reached out. I've left multiple messages and sent requests and many "contact us" messages as well. Apparently, answering the phone and speaking with potential lessees is not a priority. It's very disheartening.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! Office staff here appears to be inconsistent with communication with potential lease owners. This is a place of busy but yet Office staff (NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE !!!) Nor do that return calls! Kennetha I’m not impressed at all poor customer service .
