The doctor is really Good but the staff is the worst and reason why I am moving my mother in law from this practice, We drive 3 hours to see him because we like him but the staff is so incompetent and they just don’t care, it took me a long time to decide to take her off the practice because she loves him but this has been to much Sorry but The staff is the worst!!!

They are clueless and unprofessional. It’s nearly impossible to reach them to get a referral or talk to the nurse. They don’t pay attention to the patient, or read their charts. Very disappointing to know that a practice like this is still treating patients.

I love Dr Robaina, I trust his every word. BUT his staff is the worst I have ever encountered in all my life. I live with chronic pain and at least 3 times a year I beg the staff to have my pain meds sent and this time it's a Friday and nothing. The problem is I am out. I went in as a walk in once and told her I was here for triage care and she said she didn't know WHO it was. Their attitude towards patients is poor in person and on the phone. They bring a bad name to his practice.

Great staff! I have never had a problem with refills referrals or appointments. Have been a patient for a year now. Love Dr. Robaina and his knowledge and professionalism. I’m so blessed and grateful for having him as my doctor.
