Constantly spam craigslist with hundreds of ads claiming to be located in the "garden district" making it impossible to efficiently look for housing in new Orleans. Clearly DESPERATE for tenants and seemingly hope to trick people into thinking Covington is within new orlewns? SAD!

I’ve lived here for 3 years and have no problems if you need maintenance they respond really quickly they keep the grounds clean and if have a question about anything they are happy to help the people who work around here are so friendly. Barbie,Devon,& Mike are very nice and helpful and anytime I’ve needed maintenance Mike there either that same or next day and always does a great job fixing the problem! I highly recommend Palmetto Greens!

Property and facilities are very well kept. Beautiful landscaping around the property maintained and grass always cut. Haven’t experienced any bugs while living at the property. Parking is plentiful, with the option to park under covered parking or not. Property is fairly well lit. The units are spacious and up to date. Requesting maintenance: I’ve had to use the maintenance crew a couple of times and they were quick, professional, and fixed the issues. (Shoutout to Mike with maintenance). Property Management: management has been amazing the entire time that I’ve lived at the property, they are very understanding, and reasonable. The ladies with management are kind hearted , and will go above and beyond to do whatever they can to accommodate their residents of Palmetto Greens. (Shout out to Devon and Barbie in Management/Leasing). They are the heartbeat of the property. Also, Great location!!!! 30 seconds to La 190, and about 5 mins to I-12.
