While attempting to schedule, the receptionists on the phone were extremely rude and unprofessional. The reality is that a first impression such as the one received only portrays a negative light on all services rendered by the company. There are simply too many options for counseling services in the area to deal with rudeness. Learn to be professional and kind on the phone....you’re supposed to be a counseling center for goodness sake!!!!

I wasnt impressed with the care i received at rhis facility. The therapists were ok, but they did not accept Medicaid, and I paid a ridiculous amount of money to receive services, and was charged at least $150 for a visit with the therapist and ANOTHER couple $100 to be prescribed prozac. If youre looking for quality mental health treatment, find SOMEWHERE that takes Medicaid-there are plenty of good providers who do.
