They cancelled my appointment the day of, and I really needed it done on that day to meet. Deadline, no later. I asked if there was anyone else I could see and they said no and to call someone else.

Staff were very friendly and helpful the day I had to pick out my new frames, NO EYE EXAM, I was there over 30 minutes to pick out frames. When I called to check to see if they had my new glasses ready for pickup, the employee I spoke to had attitude and asked if I received a txt, I said no, but it's a few days over the time frame you gave me, then she gave me a estimate of another week, and reiterated that I would receive a txt. 6 days later I got a txt about get ahead of the BACK TO SCHOOL RUSH, I CALLED 2 DAYS LATER, ONLY TO FIND OUT MY LENSES DIDNT PASS INSPECTION AND IT WAS GOING TO TAKE ANOTHER WEEK. THIS CONVERSATION WAS WITH THE MANAGER. I WILL NEVER USE OPTICAL ONE AGAIN. I STILL DON'T HAVE MY GLASSES AND I CAN'T SEE.

The entire staff was very friendly very nice When I arrive for my appointment One of the ladies came out and said come on in Right away they took Me to get my eyes examined Very prompt with everything the doctor was extremely nice She gave me some different eye test to make sure i would get the right strength i needed, Yes I did need eye glasses .Very patient As I was picking out my frames i Would recommend anybody To optical one in Kenner, La

This facility and workers are very nice and hardworking. Doctors are very nice and very professional. And I only had to wait 2 weeks to receive my glasses!
