Bought a 2021 Toyota Tundra on June 12. 2022. The staff was very nice about sales and paperwork. However, I was charged for options that weren't really optional. Which inflated the price. The engine light came on after a few weeks. Took it to a Toyota dealer. The truck has an aftermarket catalytic converter. Which voids any warranty until properly repaired with Toyota parts. When I contacted Todd (the GM) bout trying to resolve this issue, he was very rude and refused to work out anything regarding me being upside down on trading this truck for a reliable vehicle at the Toyota dealership. Needless to say, I have reported the sale of a vehicle with a tampered emissions to the Attorney General. I would not recommend buying from them. Obviously they sell vehicles without throughly inspecting them. OR they possibly tampered with the vehicle once in their possession. . Its not so much the money. But he was disrespectful in an attempt to resolve the issue.

These 5 stars are for Sales Rep Orion Dallimore . We were interested in a truck they had and we received exceptional customer service. From going beyond his way to show us the truck and updating us thru the approval. We didn’t go through with the purchase for personal reasons but got a sweet closure statement. If ever in need of a truck, I’d definitely return to him. Thank you for all your help and effort Orion!

Truck was misdiagnosed from the start , Mechanic said to Lee (my contact) "There is no way it is electrical has to be mechanical". From there it went downhill They could not find any problems after 38 days. Went to pickup to bring to a Chevy dealer that has competent Mechanics. When i picked truck up it was 100 percent worse than when dropped off .it would not even gain power to move truck. I filed a complaint with Chevrolet and i am seeing what my legal remedies are for being lied to for over a month. Towed to Platinum Chevy in Santa Rosa they found the problem within one day. Fire your Mechanic that worked on my truck. Not only will i NEVER buy or bring any vehicle to you for service or will i buy another new Chevrolet with such horrible service facilities. Friendly staff. Service of my vehicle was done in the time allotted. Everyone was COVID compliant, face mask, etc... Reasonable price for the service of my vehicle. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because when I bought my vehicle from there, it did not come with the owner's manual.
