I came to this location after it was referred to me by my brother. He said he had a scheduled appointment was taken right away waited at the place for almost two hours and the job was done. My experience was not the same at all, I had an appointment at 11:30 my car was not taken in until 1:00. When asked why it was taking so long they said they were backed up and were short staffed. The staff said they were taking walk-ins and appointments all at the same but some how got backed up. My 11:30 appointment ended up turning to 1:00. Finally my car was taken in. The person who took my car apparently had not taken lunch so they had to go on lunch and then started working on my car. While waiting in the waiting area I overheard multiple people complaining about how long they had been waiting, also a few hours some since 10:00 so I was not the only one. I just feel they do not have proper management skills why take walk-ins, keep taking customers when you have scheduled ones already. Doesn’t look right for those who have appointments and for the walk-ins. Or if you want to take walk-ins keep some machines available for those with appointments. Unfortunately my experience was not the same as my brothers. You can assure I will not recommend this location and I myself will not return. Let’s just hope we got great tires.

Went there on 9/11/2022 to check my tires, I had major vibration. They found an issue, balanced my tires and I was out in less than 1 hour. Great team, great customer service! Thank you very much Bryan! They are professionals! I recommend this service 100%
