Pricing is ridiculous. Previous years during the hottest times of summer my bill would be 120-40 with 160 being the highest I could remember. The last 2 months even with being stingy with the AC usage have been well over 250 even 300 dollars. I swear the only way this company stays in business is the monopoly it has on the area

From July 5th through the end of the month we ran our air-conditioning unit at 78° our toal was over $500. This is absolutely absurd. Cleco is taking advantage of their customers during this summer season and it's disgusting. So do I have to turn my units off and hope that my family doesn't overheat in order to afford our electric bill? Do better Celco!
