I doubt these guys even search the internet - they are in the middle of Mennonite Country where riding bikes is part of the culture. They have a great selection of bikes and their new showroom opens in July! (see photo) I have lived in the area for over 20 years - they are well respected and knowledgeable. I love the sign at the door - modest dress is appreciated! Being honest and respectful is also part of what you get.

This place is top notch. The store is clean and well stocked with quality items. Our salesman, Bruce, was patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating when my husband and I purchased our E-bikes. He did not push his products or try to upsell us. Rather, he made suggestions, offered choices, and helped guide our decision in making our purchase. Follow-up customer service has been excellent, including today’s post-sale bike check up. Our service/salesman, Brad, did an excellent job selling and installing a couple of after market add-on’s. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. He went the extra-mile to please. I definitely recommend this business for all your biking needs.

As of 2021 they do not rent bikes. It is a service I'm hoping will be added with the new store
Yes you can test drive their bikes, they have a little track that goes around the shop to test ride the bikes for as long as you like...

I don't work at Martins. I bought a bike there 3 weeks ago. Real good experiance. They have a good selection of exercise biked and a big repair shop, so I would imagine they do repair them. Best of luck.
We have bikes in stock for your type of riding. Likely a hybrid, but we can look at mountain and gravel as well. Hours are on our website and on the google maps profile. Currently Mon, Thurs, Fri, 9-9.
We offer In-Store Pickup and Local Delivery. (Local is with in 60 of store.) Sorry we do not cover your area. Check with your local Giant or Liv Dealer.
Yes we do install dropper seat posts. Install labor cost is based on the model of the bike and if its an internal or external routing. We also sell the seat posts themselves. Search "Dropper" on our website. As of March 2021 they are in the $180 range.
We assemble all regular bikes and most electric bikes.
No we do not sell new Nordic Track products. Check out our offering of Horizon Fitness cardio equipment.

Yes they do make a pedal block that can be add to pedals so a child can reach sooner. Martins bike shop has them in stock.
